Under the cloud trend of enterprises, how do traditional businesses get on the cloud becomes a worth pondering question. To help those traditional businesses that have no experience to dispel the clouds and see the sun as soon as possible, we are planning to choose one corporation with rich experience to take them into the cloud market. The quintessence of dual probabilistic linguistic term sets (DPLTSs) is that it uses the combination of several linguistic terms and their proportions to reveal decision information by opposite angles. This paper proposes the dual probabilistic multiplicative linguistic preference relations (DPMLPRs) based upon the dual probabilistic multiplicative linguistic term sets (DPMLTSs). Then, it de nes the comparable degree between the DPMLPRs and studies the consensus of the group DPMLPR. Moreover, it probes the expanding grey relational analysis (EGRA) under the proposed comparable degree between the DPMLTSs. After that, one example of choosing the experienced cloud cooperative partner is simulated under the dual probabilistic linguistic circumstance. Besides, the comparative analysis is performed by considering the similarity among the EGRA, TODIM, and VIKOR.Postgraduate Research and Practice Innovation Program of Jiangsu Province under Grant KYCX18_0199Scientific Research Foundation of the Graduate School of Southeast University under Grant YBJJ1832FEDER Financial Support under Grant TIN2016-75850-

The unprecedented public health and economic impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection has been met with an equally unprecedented scientific response. Sensitive point-of-care methods to detect SARS-CoV-2 antigens in clinical specimens are urgently required for the rapid screening of individuals with viral infection. Here, we developed an upconversion nanoparticle-based lateral flow immunochromatographic assay (UCNP-LFIA) for the high-sensitivity detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid (N) protein. A pair of rabbit SARS-CoV-2 N-specific monoclonal antibodies was conjugated to UCNPs, and the prepared UCNPs were then deposited into the LFIA test strips for detecting and capturing the N protein. Under the test conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) of UCNP-LFIA for the N protein was 3.59 pg/mL, with a linear range of 0.01–100 ng/mL. Compared with that of the current colloidal gold-based LFIA strips, the LOD of the UCNP-LFIA-based method was increased by 100-fold. The antigen recovery rate of the developed method in the simulated pharyngeal swab samples ranged from 91.1 to 117.3%. Furthermore, compared with the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, the developed UCNP-LFIA method showed a sensitivity of 94.73% for 19 patients with COVID-19. Thus, the newly established platform could serve as a promising and convenient fluorescent immunological sensing approach for the efficient screening and diagnosis of COVID-19

Paper Boat for Mezzo-Soprano and Cello (2016)

Paper Boat for Mezzo-Soprano and Cello (2016) is a setting of (Bingxin) Wanying Xie\u27s 1923 poem by the same title. She wrote the poem while traveling from China to France for studies. The poem explores her uncertainty about the unknown and feelings of loneliness. Windblown, facing the sea, Bingxin could not help missing her home; she began folding paper boats to send home to her mother across the sea. Like Bingxin, I live a great distance from my family and often feel homesick. To express these emotions through music, I have used a minor key to convey sadness. The accompanying cello acts as the sea, unpredictable, yet always moving. Translation: I never leave a piece of paper. I always keep it, fold it into little boats, and throw the boats from the ship into the sea. Some of them fly back into the ship through the window, some of them get wet and stick to the front of the ship. I’m still folding them every day, always hoping there is one that can float to where I want it to go. Mother, if you see a very little boat in your dream, don’t be surprised to see it in your dream. This is what your daughter has folded with tears. It floats for a long way over land and sea, to come back home with love and sadness. Bing Xin (Wanying Xie) 8/27/1923 Translated by Didan Yan

Facecloak: An architecture for user privacy on social networking sites

Abstract—Social networking sites, such as MySpace, Facebook andFlickr, aregainingmore andmorepopularityamongInternet users. As users are enjoying this new style of networking, privacy concerns are also attracting increasing public attention due to reports about privacy breaches on social networking sites. We propose FaceCloak, an architecture that protects user privacy on asocialnetworkingsitebyshieldingauser’spersonalinformation from the site and from other users that were not explicitly authorized by the user. At the same time, FaceCloak seamlessly maintainsusabilityof the site’s services. FaceCloak achieves these goals by providing fake information to the social networking site and by storing sensitive information in encrypted form on a separate server. We implemented our solution as a Firefox browser extension for the Facebook platform. Our experiments show that our solution successfully conceals a user’s personal information, while allowing the user and her friends to explore Facebook pages and services as usual. I

    Antifouling Ability of Hydrophilic PVDF-TiO

The PVDF flat-membrane was modified by hydrophilic nano-TiO2, which blending by ultrasonication and mechanical stirring pretreatment in phase inversion method. To evaluate the permeate productivity and anti-fouling capacity of protein solution, both the critical flux (JCW) and threshold flux (JTH) of PVDF and PVDF-TiO2 membrane were firstly measured by Advanced Constant Pressure-step Method in cross-flow filtration apparatus. Some evaluation indicators were utilized to analyze the results, such as Flux vs. Time and TMP vs. Time Curves, flux decline rate (dFlux/dt) and TMP-Fluxave curve. Two type fluxes were compared, results exhibited that hydrophilic PVDF-TiO2 modified membrane possessed a higher level of both Jcw and JTH and better anti-protein fouling ability after testing by Advanced Constant Pressure-step Method
